Business Manager: Tony Swift
Mr. Swift oversees all aspects of the local, and is responsible for working with contractors, as well as contract negotiations and other responsibilities in our jurisdiction and on a national level.He works every day to make this local the best that it can possibly be. Tony is also a avid turkey hunter, and eagerly awaits the season every year.
Assistant Business Manager: Rob Axford
Rob Axford is our Assistant Business Manager, and as such, he often assists Tony with his job. He also helps to manage the CE/CW program, researches contractor bid leads for our signatories, and serves as an instructor for the JATC. Rob’s passions, besides teaching and his job, include building computers, creating epoxy tables, and caring for his salt water aquariums.
Office Administrator: Susan Swift
Susan is our Office Administrator, responsible for the daily activities at the Hall including processing membership dues, customer service, financial recording and anything else that might come along during the day. The Union is no stranger to Susan – her Dad was a member of the Teamsters Union, three of her children belong to Unions – Police, Fireman & Teachers’, as well as her son-in-law, a 911 dispatcher. Susan brings her talents of accounting and former paralegal skills to the office along with her extensive administrative capabilities. Susan’s passions other than being detailed and organized in the office, are baking “fun” cakes, gardening and spending time with her family.
Membership Development Coordinator: Jeremiah Campoli
Jeremiah offers expertise in employee awareness campaigning, he identifies and spreads knowledge regarding the barriers that non-union members face in the workplace and how the union can and will benefit them. He graduated from the apprenticeship program in the Winter of 2015 and is now an instructor for the JATC.
